David P. Ellent, MD

Dr. David P. Ellent is a physician, entrepreneur, and biotechnology executive with extensive experience building and leading healthcare organizations. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BioBridge Health, he provides the strategic vision and leadership driving the company's mission to advance innovative therapies in regenerative medicine, nanomedicine, and targeted drug delivery.

In addition to leading BioBridge Health, Dr. Ellent is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Medical Group, a multidisciplinary healthcare organization that has grown from a single vision into one of the largest independent physician groups serving the greater Houston region. Under his leadership, Genesis has expanded to offer comprehensive medical services spanning primary care, oncology, specialty medicine, advanced diagnostics, and clinical research.

Board-certified in Medical Oncology, Dr. Ellent has maintained an active commitment to translational medicine throughout his career. His experience includes clinical research, drug development, stem cell biology, oncology, and the commercialization of emerging medical technologies. He has authored scientific publications and participated in research focused on stem cell biology, oncology therapeutics, and novel treatment strategies.

Mohamed Attia, PhD

Dr. Mohamed Attia is a scientist and innovator specializing in nanotechnology, extracellular vesicles, targeted drug delivery, molecular imaging, and immuno-oncology. His research has focused on developing advanced nanoparticle and exosome platforms designed to improve therapeutic delivery and diagnostic imaging.

Throughout his academic and translational research career, Dr. Attia has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications, developed multiple patented technologies, and led interdisciplinary research programs spanning chemistry, nanomedicine, bioengineering, and cancer therapeutics. His work has contributed to the advancement of lipid nanoparticle systems, exosome-based therapeutics, and next-generation imaging agents.

As Chief Scientific Officer of BioBridge Health, Dr. Attia leads scientific strategy, research and development, technology innovation, and product development across the company's nanomedicine platform technologies.

Amanda J. Natalizio, PhD, HCLD(ABB)

Dr. Amanda Natalizio is a biotechnology executive, molecular biologist, and American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director with extensive experience guiding scientific innovations from concept to commercialization. She specializes in corporate strategy, product development, regulatory planning, quality systems, and operational execution across biotechnology, regenerative medicine, and molecular diagnostics.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Natalizio has led the development and launch of numerous molecular diagnostic products, directed multiple high-complexity clinical laboratories, and advised biotechnology companies on laboratory operations, manufacturing strategy, regulatory compliance, and commercialization. She has successfully built startup laboratories, established scalable quality systems, and led multidisciplinary teams through every stage of product development within CLIA, CAP, COLA, and FDA-regulated environments.

As Chief Strategy Officer of BioBridge Health, Dr. Natalizio leads the company's strategic planning, commercialization initiatives, regulatory strategy, business development, and operational execution. She works closely with scientific leadership to identify high-value development opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and advance innovative exosome, nanolipid, and regenerative medicine technologies toward clinical and commercial success.

Dr. Natalizio earned her Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed postdoctoral research at Duke University. She is also the founder of Labryte, where she has helped numerous biotechnology and clinical laboratory organizations successfully develop, launch, and scale innovative products and services.
